✨ Another repair job completed ✨

This one started with a leak that had caused water damage through to the kitchen ceiling, leaving the plasterboard damaged and the existing Artex finish affected.

We carefully removed all of the areas that had suffered further water damage before replacing the damaged plasterboard and preparing the surface for restoration.

The tricky part? Matching the existing Artex pattern so the repair blends seamlessly into the original ceiling.

The Artex has now been matched and finished, ready for the final stage — painting in a few days once everything has fully dried and is ready for decorating.

Another damaged area brought back to life and ready for a fresh finish. 🤎

🛠️ Bathroom Maintenance – Freshened Up & Ready! ✨

Another property maintenance job completed!

The bathroom wall had started to suffer from peeling and flaking paint, caused by excess moisture and poor ventilation from the extractor fan not being used regularly.
We scraped back all the loose and flaking paint, prepared the surface properly, and gave the wall a fresh coat of Summer Linen to bring it back to life.

A simple bit of maintenance has made a big difference, leaving the bathroom looking clean, fresh and ready for the tenants to enjoy. 🙌

Regular ventilation and using extractor fans can make a huge difference in keeping bathrooms looking their best!

This room had some mould developing in the corner, so we treated the affected area and applied a mould-blocking solution to help prevent it from coming back.
