Crochet lessons.

What kind of things are you lovely people wanting to learn?

we currently run beginners lessons, Virus shawl lessons and dragon scale pouch lessons (learn dragon scale and increase in a circle)

what else would you like to see put on?
we have got some amigurami lessons in the works too.

If anyone is interested I have 2 spaces come available for Saturdays ( 6th) complete beginner crochet lesson.

The lesson is 4.15-6.15
£20 fir the 2 hours and you get everything you need fir the lesson.

🧶 Little Knits for Little Babies 👶

We're looking for kind-hearted knitters to help create some comfort for our tiniest patients.

💙 Cannula Covers Needed

When babies need IV antibiotics, soft knitted cannula covers help protect delicate skin and prevent little hands from scratching around their cannulas.

Suggested pattern:
🪡 4 mm knitting needles
🪡 Cast on 26 stitches
🪡 Knit 36 rows
🪡 Sew the long sides together, leaving both ends open

Finished size: approximately 10 cm × 7 cm

👶Tiny Blankets, Big Comfort

We would also be grateful for knitted baby blankets.

Ideal size: approximately 50 cm × 40 cm

A close-knit pattern works best, helping to keep tiny fingers from getting caught in any gaps.

BARGAINS!!!!
I have just had lots of lovely King Cole bargains arrive. these are perfect for avid crafters or those that knit for charity.
RRP £48 OUR PRICE only £25 for the whole pack of 12.

They are all DK and we have baby yarn and adult colours. There are even a couple of packs of Cotton blends

No pics and not going on the website yet. So pop down and grab yourself a bargain. First come first served and there is only one pack of each.

Just a reminder that starting from next week we will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Having done 6 years of 6 days a week, 52 weeks a year I have decided that I need more family time (and crafting time).

We have two new exciting ranges that have just arrived at Isle of Wool. One super soft and luxurious and the other cute and tiny.

Little lamb is a luxury merino superwash blend with a cashmere effect. This means that it is super soft whilst being easy to care for. It comes in 10 classic colours and will help make garments feel luxurious.

The second range is Itsy Bitsy. A 25g cotton in a large range of colours. These are perfect for toys and small projects.
They are £1.30 each or we have an introductory offer of 10 for £10.

I’m really sorry but the shop won’t open until at least 11.15 today. I’ve had awful tooth ache all weekend and have an emergency dentist appointment this morning. Sorry x
