All ceilings finished in brilliant white Matt emulsion.
All walls finished in oat biscuit durable Matt, feature walls finished in Lichen.
New pine scotia beading, installed and waxed.

Brilliant white Matt ceiling & cornice.
Undercoat followed by Brilliant white satinwood to all wood work.
Cromarty durable Matt applied to freeze and below dado.
Laura Ashley Peacock midnight, feature wallpaper.
New gripper, underlay & luxury twist carpet fitted to complete.

• Installation of new plasterboard ceiling, with walls made good and prepared for finishing.
• Supply and fitting of lightweight cornice, new matchboard panelling, and contemporary skirting boards.
• Floor preparation with 6mm plywood underlay, followed by installation of high-quality decorative floor tiles.
• Installation of a new shower base, full shower cubicle enclosure, and waterproof Mermaid wall boards for enhanced durability and moisture resistance.
• Fitting of a new WC (toilet), basin, and concealed cistern units with modern storage solutions.
