These bracelets combine warm peachy-orange Sunstone with softer creamy and translucent feldspar tones that give the material its beautiful Sunstone with Moonstone appearance. Look closely and you’ll spot tiny flashes and sparkling inclusions throughout, with every bead slightly different.

Sunstone and Moonstone both belong to the feldspar mineral family, which is why they can occur together and create such a lovely mixture of colours and effects.

Rutilated Quartz forms when needle-like crystals of rutile become enclosed within Quartz as it grows. In these bracelets, the Quartz also contains darker inclusions believed to be Hematite and other iron-rich minerals, creating everything from tiny speckles to bold metallic-looking patches.

The result is a lovely mix of clear to golden Quartz, delicate golden threads and contrasting darker inclusions – almost like tiny landscapes trapped inside the beads.

Black Tourmaline is a naturally occurring variety of tourmaline known as Schorl. It forms in igneous and metamorphic rocks, often growing alongside minerals such as Quartz and Feldspar. In its natural form it commonly grows as deeply grooved, almost column-like crystals; these have been polished into smooth round beads to show off that gorgeous glossy black finish.

1000 Layer Quartz is a trade name used for highly included Quartz with lots of internal layers, wispy mineral inclusions and earthy colour variations. Despite the name, it doesn’t literally contain 1,000 layers! The name refers to the busy, layered appearance within the stone.

These bracelets range from clearer Quartz through soft cream, grey, peach and warm brown tones, with some beads showing particularly interesting internal inclusions.

Despite the name, Black Moonstone isn’t usually completely black. Its natural grey, brown and silvery tones are part of what gives it such a beautiful understated appearance.
