We fitted this customer’s carpet 15 YEARS ago… and they’ve just come back to us for the next one 🥹

They’d been so happy with the quality of their previous carpet that when it was finally time for a change, they wanted something of a similar standard.

Jason and Simon fitted Penthouse Shoreline Beach throughout, including these rather fiddly wrap-around stairs 👏

Another very happy customer… hopefully we’ll see them again in 2041 😂

This customer came in convinced she didn’t want a sofa bed ✋

Then she sat on one.
Opened it up.

Tried it properly…
…and left having completely changed her mind.

Sometimes you just can’t judge furniture from a photo or a website.

If you’re unsure, the best thing you can do is come in and try it for yourself.

We honestly couldn’t stop laughing when a customer told us this 😂

Before ordering her new carpet, she took a sample home and tested it with everything she could think of.

🍷 Wine.
🍅 Ketchup.
🐶 Even dog wee.

Extreme? Maybe.

But if you’ve got children or pets, wanting to know how your flooring will cope isn’t a bad idea at all!
