When the birthday candles add up to 130, you know it’s going to be a party worth remembering…🍓🥂

This elegant two-tier semi-naked showstopper made its way to a gorgeous garden party in Harpenden to celebrate an incredible 80th and 50th birthday ❤️

Layered with classic vanilla sponge, silky vanilla buttercream and sweet strawberry conserve, then adorned with an abundance of fresh strawberries, this cake was the perfect centrepiece for a glorious summer celebration. And I heard that it went down rather well! 🍰✨

It was such a pleasure working with J o a n n a H u g h e s to bring this vision to life, and a joy to see the cake take pride of place at such a beautifully organised event.

A huge thank you, as always, to Ian and the wonderful team at THE PINK ELEPHANT for creating another stunning celebration. It’s always a pleasure collaborating with you.

Here’s to 130 years of memories, milestones, laughter and love. Cheers to 130 years indeed! 🥂🍓

This lovely customer orders flourless chocolate cakes from me for family birthdays and, without fail, each Christmas.

I love the creative freedom I’m given with it.

Hope the family celebration goes great!

✨ What an incredible evening hosted by the at celebrating food that’s been lovingly rescued from supermarkets and turned into something truly special 🍽️💙

The highlight of the night was a fantastic live demo from Chef who wowed us with the most delicious meatballs! I was lucky enough to take home a copy of his latest cookbook and can’t wait to try out some of his speedy recipes for myself and the kids👩🏽‍🍳📖

It was such a joy to meet Jon and connect with both new and familiar faces. Huge thanks to , and the whole team for all the wonderful work you do for our community 🫶🏽

This Taylor Swift-inspired cake was the ultimate centerpiece for a magical Swiftie-themed party hosted by The White Lotus Cake Company! 💕

The tall layer cake featured dreamy biscoff sponge and biscoff buttercream, wrapped in vanilla buttercream and decorated in soft blues, pinks, and lilacs inspired by the iconic Lover album cover. 💖🌈

It was almost too pretty to cut... almost! 😉

But that’s not all - our young Swifties got hands-on with an extra creative twist! 🧡🎨

During the party, the 9-10 year olds joined a creative workshop where they decorated Terry’s Chocolate Oranges with fondant, transforming them into bowler hats inspired by the 22 music video! 🕶️🎩

They coloured their own fondant, learned new decorating techniques, and let their imaginations run wild. The results were absolutely incredible! 🌟

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and let their creativity shine - what a fantastic way to celebrate all things Taylor Swift! 💃✨
