Good Morning Lovelies!
Just a quick update regarding deliveries...

As you know there have been nationwide delays with Royal Mail this festive season due to Covid related staff shortages. This has been particularly bad in our area which has meant that despite my best efforts to create your personalised orders in record time and post them out way ahead of schedule, we're still seeing some of our customers around the UK waiting for their orders.

I know how stressful it can be waiting on deliveries at this time of year, especially when you're waiting on those special final touches that you hope will make Christmas all the more magical for your little ones, so, please, if you're still waiting on orders purchased via Etsy and you're worried about the delays don't hesitate to get in touch. You can message me here or on Etsy, you can leave a comment, what ever works best for you, and I will endeavour to track your parcel.

Please do bare in mind that I spend lots of time creating our stock, even the smallest items we sell are made with love and take plenty of time and care to make.
Unfortunately, there have cases raised via Etsy with regards to these delays and while customers may not be asking for refunds, Etsy are taking it upon themselves to issue full refunds without even contacting the makers and crafters that sell on their platform for proof of postage or for help tracking delayed parcels.
So we currently have customers who have received full refunds one day, and their hand-made items the next. Once a refund has been processed their are no routes for the small sellers and makers on Etsy to claim back their losses or appeal Etsy's decision, so we lose our stock, our time, our materials and our small profits. We also lose heart for the thing we love.
So please think twice before taking this route if you are experiencing postal delays in your area.

Our keys are come in 4 beautiful, antique styles and are available in silver or brass, decorated with a traditional red tassel and personalised with a special tag to let Santa's elves know which house each key is for and which children 🎅

Sneaky Shout Out, I can't show them just yet but we have some seriously cute, personalised ✏️TEACHER GIFTS✏️ dropping in the next few days!
🖍✏️📚They'll be sold on a pre-order basis as baby prep is in full swing and I'll have no space for left over stock once Baby Hamilton has arrived, but that's okay as I don't see there being a single one left over! This is something we've never ever done before and they're perfect gifts for little hands to give. I can't wait to share them with you all!🖍✏️📚
