This is why we do what we do.

"Stopped looking as soon as we had our tour at Eda Salford Quays. The apartment is so aesthetically pleasing and the amenities are first class."

When a resident stops their search the moment they walk through the door — that's the brief answered.

Our work sits at the intersection of design and performance. We don't just furnish apartments. We create the environment that makes someone decide, on the spot, that they're home.

A review like this tells us something important; that the interior scheme landed exactly as it was intended to. That the furniture, the finishes, the feel of the space did their job. And in Build to Rent, that moment, the tour, the first impression, the gut feeling is everything. It drives lease-up. It reduces void periods. It justifies the investment in getting the design right from the very beginning.

To the team at Eda; thank you for trusting us with your residents' homes. And to the resident who shared this, we're so glad you found yours.

Lisa Parnell and Jodie Wardell will be attending the upcoming Build To Rent Annual Conference (BTRAC) 2026, hosted by Vertus in Canary Wharf this week.

BTRAC has become one of the key events in the Build to Rent calendar, focused on the future of residential living, operational performance and resident experience.

This year’s agenda covers some of the sector’s most important conversations, including:
◾ Community-first design and resident retention
◾ The evolution of liveability and amenity strategy
◾ Operational excellence across BTR portfolios
◾ Sustainability, ESG and long-term asset value
◾ Investor sentiment and the 2026 market outlook

For us, these conversations are hugely important. As expectations around rental living continue to evolve, creating spaces that balance design, durability, operational efficiency and long-term resident satisfaction has never mattered more.

Lisa and Jodie are looking forward to connecting with industry peers, sharing insight and continuing conversations around how thoughtful furniture and interior strategies can support stronger communities and better-performing assets.

If you’re attending BTRAC 2026, we’d love to connect while we’re there.

Today is a reminder that the built environment has a responsibility and it's one we take seriously every single day.

Sustainability isn't a statement for us. It's something we've built into how we operate, embedded in the certifications and standards we're held to:

◾ Positive Planet Bronze Certified — with a clear roadmap to net zero by 2040
◾ FSC® Certified — ensuring the timber and wood-based products we specify come from responsibly managed forests
◾ ISO 14001:2015 — the internationally recognised standard for environmental management, independently verified by UKAS
◾ FISP Member — the Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme, driving best practice across environmental, social and economic responsibility
◾ ConstructionLine Gold — with our Environmental Management and legislative compliance stringently reviewed
◾ Supply Chain Sustainability School Bronze Award — equipping our team with knowledge across carbon management, modern slavery, and sustainable procurement

These aren't badges we've collected. They're frameworks that hold us accountable; to our clients, to the communities we work in, and to the planet.

When you work with us, you're choosing a supplier that can evidence its commitment, not just claim it.

Creativity isn’t the finishing touch; it’s the foundation of every project we deliver.

This , we’re celebrating the designers, thinkers, and problem-solvers behind our spaces. From concept and mood boards to sourcing, space planning and final installation, every detail is designed with purpose.

In the , creativity means more than aesthetics. It’s about balancing bold design with practicality, durability, budgets, and timelines; while creating spaces residents genuinely want to live, work and connect in.

Behind every apartment, co-working space and show home is a process of collaboration, testing, refining and creative thinking.

Today, we’re celebrating the people, ideas and materials that bring our projects to life every day.

Clerkenwell Design Week never disappoints.

Our Creative Director Lauren and Head of Design Emmie Tomlinson as well as Georgia Wright spent time at Clerkenwell Design Week 2026 this week.

Now in its 15th year, CDW transformed EC1 into something truly special and this year's programme felt more ambitious than ever. The newly launched Design Interventions series brought large-scale, site-specific installations to the streets, parks and venues of Clerkenwell, designed to spark conversation around materials, sustainability and the built environment.

One highlight that stopped people in their tracks was The Fountain of Technicolour Beads at Clerkenwell Green by Hong Kong-based studio One Bite Design; the kind of installation that reminds you why design at its best is about provoking a feeling, not just solving a problem.

Beyond the streets, the showrooms delivered too with product launches and new collections from names like HAY, Herman Miller, Muuto and Knoll all opening their doors across the festival.

What struck Lauren and Emmie most wasn't any single piece or collection, it was the overarching mood of the week. A clear shift towards circularity, material innovation and longevity; design expressed through material rather than ornament. Exactly the kind of thinking that shapes how we approach residential interiors at Project Furniture Residential.

Clerkenwell isn't just a day out for our design team. It's a reminder of what's possible; a direct line to the ideas, materials and products that will find their way into our schemes in the months ahead.

Already looking forward to next year.

That's a wrap on UKREiiF 2026 and what a few days!

A huge thank you to our welcome drinks co-hosts — Krista Powell and Napthens LLP , Sam Crothers and Our Studio, Rocco Archidiacono and .Life, Rachael Cunliffe and ENGAGE 5 — and to Jodie Wardell and Lisa Parnell for representing Project Furniture Residential so brilliantly throughout.

Day one ended in style with drinks hosted by Savills at the stunning Cut & Craft — the perfect start to what turned out to be a brilliant few days in Leeds.
Day two saw us host our own lunch with an incredible group of guests from across the sector — Moorfield Group, Jarron Developments, Ridgeback Group, Utopi, DLC Group, Round Hill Capital and Cityheart. The conversation was exactly the kind you come to UKREiiF for — honest, forward-thinking and full of the insight that only comes from getting the right people around a table.

Day three opened with Centrick's breakfast panel; Powering Property Progress: Closing the Skill Gap, a timely and thought-provoking conversation to close out the event on.

UKREiiF continues to be one of the most valuable dates in our calendar. Not just for the meetings, the panels and the drinks — but for the relationships that are quietly built and strengthened across three days in Leeds.
See you all again next year. 👋

Next week, we're heading to London. 🎨

Clerkenwell Design Week lands on 19–21 May and we'll be there.

Now in its 15th year, CDW transforms the EC1 district into an open-air celebration of contemporary design, bringing together 450+ brands, hundreds of open showrooms, product launches, installations and talks spanning furniture, lighting, textiles and surfaces from across the globe.

For us, it's one of the most important dates in the calendar.

The and residential sectors move fast. Resident expectations are rising, sustainability is non-negotiable, and the interiors we specify today need to perform for years to come. Clerkenwell gives us direct access to the latest thinking in materials, product innovation and design direction. All under one (very historic) roof.

This year's festival places sustainability and sensory wellbeing at its heart; two themes that sit firmly at the centre of how we approach every scheme we work on. CDW 2026 also introduces a new Design Interventions series, embedding large-scale installations directly into the streets and spaces of Clerkenwell to spark conversation around materials and the built environment.

For a business built on design-led furnishing solutions, that kind of inspiration is invaluable.
If you're attending, come and find us, we'd love to connect.

An early start, a hard hat, and great company.

This week, Jodie Fraser-Smith joined Women in Property North West for an exclusive guided site visit to Stopford Park in Stockport; a development by Cityheart, sponsored by SAS Daniels LLP. Cushman & Wakefield.

We gathered at Fitzpatrick's on Railway Road for refreshments and networking before heading across to the development and it was a brilliant opportunity to see a live scheme up close, connect with other women shaping the property sector, and get a real feel for how a project of this scale comes together.

Events like this matter to us. The property industry is built on relationships, and there's something really powerful about standing on a live site with a group of talented, driven women and talking about the future of the built environment.

We're proud to support initiatives that champion diversity and inclusion across our sector. The more voices at the table (and on the site visit) the better the industry becomes.

A huge thank you to Women in Property North West for organising such a fantastic morning and to Penny Langton and Andrew Bain from Cityheart. We'll see you at the next one.

We’re pleased to welcome Maisie Jones to the team as our new Client Services Coordinator.

With a managerial background, Maisie brings strong problem-solving and organisational skills to the business. These foundations are already proving valuable as she supports the client services team across key stages of the client journey.

Maisie was drawn to the team's forward-thinking approach, and the opportunity to be part of projects shaping Manchester’s built environment.

Outside of work, Maisie is a keen traveller, having recently completed an eight-month backpacking trip across Southeast Asia, alongside previous adventures in Australia and South America including the Amazon rainforest. We’re delighted to have her as our latest addition to the team.
