I’m so excited this is my first exhibition that I will be part of so this is HUGE for me! If you are in the Bristol area or close but please come and see the amazing art that will be showcased at the expo. My piece ‘Heaven & Earth’ will be up for sale at the expo. Unfortunately I personally won’t be present but I hope those that are going will have an amazing time!

ASHES

Even in destruction, there is the possibility of rebirth.

Ashes explores the raw power of the Earth, its chaos, destruction and the beautiful possibility of new beginnings. Inspired by the natural cycles of our planet, this piece reflects how endings can become the beginning of something entirely new.

Created using flowing acrylic inks, earthy tones, expressive textures and gold leaf, every movement and layer carries its own energy and character. The contrast between darkness, texture and gold reflects the beauty that can emerge even from destruction.

For me, abstract art is about more than what you see. It’s about what you feel. Every person experiences a piece differently, and even your own feelings can change each time you look at it.

From chaos, something new begins!

“Ashes” explores the destruction Earth brings upon itself — the breaking down, burning and shifting that makes space for rebirth, renewal and new beginnings.

Created on a 50 x 60 canvas with flowing acrylic inks, earthly tones, deep black, rich texture and touches of gold leaf, every movement and layer carries its own energy.

The black represents the chaos.
The earth tones represent what remains.
The gold represents the light, energy and possibility that emerges again.

Abstract art doesn’t always tell you what to see.
Sometimes, it asks you..what do you feel?
