A few jobs carried out by Jays Decorating over the past couple of weeks.

Firstly a kitchen, new fitted kitchen, few bits and bobs to fill/sand on Ceilings and walls, new skirtings so all nail holes filled and sanded and given after been undercoated, and a mdf bench, which was primed/filled/sanded and given a undercoat then filled and sanded again. Ceiling finished in Dulux trade ultra matt in white, walls finished in Dulux trade diamond matt in chosen colour, and woodwork and mdf bench, undercoated and finished with 2 full coats of Dulux trade diamond satin in chosen colour.

Living room

Ceiling prepped/filled and sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux Heritage in chosen colour, 3 walls prepped /filled and sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux Heritage in chosen colour. All woodwork, sanded and prepped and given a undercoat then finished with 2 full coats of Dulux trade diamond satin in chosen colour.

Seperate job, walls of a hallway/stairs and landings. Walls filled and sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux trade diamond matt in chosen colour. 😁

Seperate job

A bedroom. Ceiling prepped and given 2 coats of Dulux trade ultra matt in white. Walls filled and sanded and given 2 coats of Laura Ashley emulsion in chosen colour.

A treatment room. Ceiling prepped and given 2 coats of Dulux trade ultra matt in white. All walls, prepped /filled /sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux Heritage in colour matched to farrow and ball Ammorite. White wall prepped /sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux trade diamond matt in brilliant white.

Last but not least, has I enjoy this part of job.
A feature wall, sandes/prepped and wallpapered with clients chosen wallpaper

Job completed at a farm house in Kilwinning.

2 bedrooms. Ceilings and walls prepped /filled /sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux trade ultra matt in chosen colour. Cupboard doors sanded/prepped and given a undercoat then finished with 2 full coats of Dulux trade diamond satin in chosen colour as walls. Radiators recieved same treatment. And a little bit of varnishing done around door surrounds and window chills.

Kitchen and utility room. Ceilings prepped /filled /sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux trade ultra matt in white. All walls prepped /filled /sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux Heritage in chosen colour.

Hallway/stairs and landings, ceilings prepped /filled /sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux trade ultra matt in white. All walls prepped /filled /sanded and given 2 coats of Dulux Heritage in chosen colour, matched to a farrow and ball colour. Wee radiator had 2 coats of valspar wood and metal paint in colour similar to walls.

Another happy client 😀😀

Diary is just about full for this year, with jobs been booked in for next year

Job completed this weekend by Jays Decorating, for a returning customer.
Bedroom was everything white, a building just over a year old.

Walls and ceiling were prepped /filled and sanded and 1 wall given 2 coats of Dulux Heritage in soft truffle, ceiling and 2 other walls were finished in Dulux trade ultra matt in pale walnut. All woodwork was sanded /prepped and given a undercoat of Johnstones Aqua guard undercoat /primer and 2 coats of Scuff X Satin in super white. Remaining walls were prepped and wallpapered with chosen wall paper. 😊😊

Diary only has a couple of days left this year, and already a couple of jobs booked in in January plus exterior jobs from hopefully march/April time.

Here's a couple of jobs done in the past week or so.

First up, a wee exterior job for a buisness that is based on Saltcoats, and one my wee doggo attends. A couple of walls were scraped of loose flaking paint, and sealed then filled with a skim coat of exterior filler. Then all walls were given 2 coats of coats of Dulux trade weather shield in cornish cream. A wee bit of black woodwork was scraped off, and sanded and given 2 coats of exterior matt by hammerite.
Nice fresh look fir all the wee doggos that enjoy their days here.

Secondly is a job fir a repeat customer, I'm always happy to do work fir. A small sitting room. Ceiling prepped and given 2 coats of Dulux trade ultra matt in white. All walls werefilled/sanded and prepped and given 2 coats of Dulux Heritage in Pumice brown. All woodwork was sanded, /caulked and given a undercoat then finished with 2 full coats of Scuff X Satin in super white. A small porch area was also completed but forgot to get pics of that,🙄🙄😭
