This is one of the most difficult goodbyes that I’ve had to write.
Denise was such a huge part of my centre. She’d been with me trading as Past and Present for 6 years, even through all of the gruelling treatments that she went she under went.
She loved being in the shop faffing as she called it. Bossing both Phil and I around until her unit was perfect.
Denise had the most incredible eye for interior design. A wicked sense of humour which sometimes was gobsmackingly naughty. She gave and gave…
We held two vintage fairs for her, both for Breast Cancer research. Which she was so determined to be apart of them even when she was ill.
Every Christmas she handmade such sweet fairies to raise monies for the local food banks. Denise was always giving to charities her heart was huge.
Denise will be missed by so many people and will always hold a special place in my heart.
I’m sorry that this has taken me awhile to write but I really haven’t been able to comprehend that she’s gone.
Her funeral is being held at Parc Gwyn Crematorium Narberth.
Thursday 18th of June at 1pm.
