You've caved and put the heating on. 🔥

But there's still that one spot by the window (or the back door) where it feels like there's a breeze coming from nowhere. 👀

A draught isn't always just "an old-house thing".
It can be a window or door that's dropped, isn't closing tight, or has worn parts letting the cold in.

And you guessed it, that doesn't automatically mean a new window or door. 🔧
Depending on what's causing it, it might just need adjusting or repairing.

New door fitted for a customer recently in They wanted a blind within the unit so it wasn’t being caught every time the door was used. Look how easy these are to use. Morley Glass These can be fitted into existing windows and doors as well as with new installations.

Window replacement done for a lovely couple in the old timber window was draughty making it very cold in the bathroom. A rated energy efficient window fitted in place making a nice cosy bathroom onwards. We did suffer with the nosey neighbour checking in on us 🐈‍⬛

It's that time of year when the windows start dripping in the morning. 🥶💧

But not all condensation is the same.
On the inside? Usually just the season.
Between the panes? That's different, and it's worth getting looked at.

And before you start pricing up new windows… a misted unit can often be sorted by replacing the glass, not the whole window. 🔧

Be honest, which one are you? 😂

Something goes wrong with a window or door and suddenly you're mentally pricing up replacements before you've even found out what's actually wrong.

But a fault doesn't automatically mean the whole thing needs replacing. Sometimes it can be repaired, and that's exactly why it's worth getting the problem looked at first. 🔧

So if you've got a window or door doing something it definitely shouldn't be doing, send us a photo or video and tell us what's happening.

We can then advise on the next step.
