Hey there, we're Waves & Wild. We thought we should finally introduce our selves. As with any new venture, it takes time and we've been working behind the scenes trying to build something that's going to not only work, but benefit everyone who gets involved.
So here's a bit about us..
We are lucky enough to call Scarborough our home. We're only a short walk away from the North Bay, where the waves are wild and driftwood is plenty. Two things that inspire us and make us think of all the adventures that we are yet to embark upon.
Our ethos is fairly simple; life is a journey, and while we are on this journey, we aim to bring people together, reconnect you with the primal energy of our beautiful planet and provide you with handmade items that can help express who you are, or contribute to making your humble abode a positive and relaxing place to be while you plan your next adventure! All the while remaining as eco-friendly as we possiblly can in this rigged system.
Too many people run around as though they have some important place to be all the time, but we believe life is here and now. The freedom of just existing within the moment is liberating, and we want to inspire you to live in that moment, to ride the waves and be wild.
We love hearing the stories and experiences of those who have travelled, lived and who have tasted the natural freedom that we are all born into. Those stories inspire us to embark on our next adventure, since having a baby all we have wanted to do is travel the world in a campervan, surfboards mounted and one destination in mind: wherever life takes us.
That's where our business comes in. While creating a community of likeminded people who love to roam, we hope to be able to gain the freedom that comes with running our own business and spend our time travelling with our son, showing him the beautiful amazing world we live in and experience the invigorating feeling of being wild and free.
