It’s all go this weekend…
I have a gorgeous wedding to flower for along with my little boy Frank’s first sports day tomorrow so the shop will be open for a couple of hours in the afternoon - this is usually peak time for orders on a Friday so I am hopeful this won’t be problematic for many of you. 🤞
On Saturday, our lovely Charlotte is getting married herself 💒 & is also creating her own beautiful flower arrangements so obviously will be unavailable to cover me this weekend while I deliver & set up for the wedding I am booked for. Therefore, Saturday will have a couple of hours closed in the middle of the day to allow for this. I apologise for any inconvenience to the state of play this weekend - I know it can be frustrating if you arrive & I’m not here. Please do bear in mind if you have any set dates where you must have a gift or flowers please do let me know in advance & I can always try and arrange to have it ready for a collection slot that works for you or of course there is always delivery. Just a couple more end of term school bits for my children & a handful of weddings left & we can resume to normality. As always, thank you for your understanding & support. Jade x

Personal tributes for loved ones 💙
A gentle fully compostable wreath in blue & white for a Seagulls fan was the final gift for a family member. Funeral flowers can be as extravagant or simple as you wish. There’s so many options for bespoke work & I try make the process of choosing as simple as possible for you.

Restocking the shelves means playing with layout & taking photos of the space I’m so proud of.
I meet lots of people who arrive at the door who explain they would ‘just like a look’ to see what I’ve got & ask if that’s ok?
My reply is ALWAYS “well, I didn’t make it this beautiful in here for people not to look at it” Come in, smell the scents, take in the beauty, feel inspired, nose at the gifts so you know what I’ve got for when you do actually need something & of course, say hello!
I’m still only a year old & love it when you discover me for the first time 🥰

OPENING TIMES UPDATE
Our smallest will be off to school in September so tomorrow I will be at a meeting to meet her new teacher and find out about her new class. ✏️
I will be open
9:30-1pm then back at 4:30-5:30
it’s a fair bit of driving between Seaford & Brighton so do bear with me for any traffic issues. As usual I will be doing my best to keep everything as smooth as possible while we juggle a busy family life.

Feeling inspired by our 24hrs in tranquility. I closed up early on Saturday afternoon and spent the night at to celebrate my birthday and I can honestly say I have a new favourite place.
Every nook was bursting with the most gorgeous styling & stunning floral displays in both dried & fresh (grown & picked from their own stunning grounds). Nestled in the most beautiful wooded valley with its very own lake, we were surrounded by absolute beauty. I wish we could have stayed longer but this tiny taste of what this place has to offer has got me wanting to book a return trip immediately. We pretty much ‘accidentally’ booked this after some last minute planning to steal some time to ourselves away from the shop & the kids and I am beyond pleased with how well it all worked out.
From the bathroom fittings to the flower displays. From the incredible woodwork to the lovely cushions I loved every detail. - The most wonderful part was the service, for a place so beautiful it’s easy to feel a bit out of place but the true ethos of crafted is to help you slow down, relax. It’s nice to feel like you don’t have to wear suit jackets or heels. Such an aesthetically pleasing place with the warmest most casual atmosphere.
What a fabulous birthday treat & still full of flowery goodness 🪷

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful bank holiday weekend! The shop will be on reduced hours tomorrow (Tuesday 26th)
