This unit has been sat in my dining room for 2 months, waiting for me to figure out what to do with it!
Initially I thought a dark blue/black colour, but then decided on a deep red. Went to buy the paint and came home with emerald! 🫣
First coat....i kind of love it!
Will be a drinks/display cabinet when finished🍸

Always wanted to give upcycling/restoration a go, but time has always been a limiting factor!
But a recent job with several pieces in desperate need of repair, along with a few pieces in my storage, have finally inspired me to get on a give it a go.

Behold...... my first attempt at an upholstered footstool!!! 👐
I forgot to take a before picture, so just imagine the first photo, but with most of the strings snapped.
I have to say, I'm pretty pleased with it 🤩
