Preparing for LVT ✅

Do it once, do I right… upon our inspection we took moisture readings from the new slab which gave readings above what our compounds can over without the high risk of failure.

Usually with a damp floor it means a DPM! However, as this is a new build it’s just sighs of residual construction moisture that will dry out after time.

Our solution to this is a consolidation primer that acts as a barrier to stop moisture rapidly pasting into the compound on top reducing any risk of failure.

Handover Complete 🎊🍾

Transforming the downstairs from carpets and vinyl to hard wearing luxury vinyl tiles.

Our mission was to create a seamless transition throughout the downstairs. The new flooring had to withstand heavy traffic and a very loving staffy dog! ❤️ We recommended luxury vinyl tiles to give a premium look while also being user friendly.

After a careful selection process we installed Calonia LVT planks ontop of smoothing compound.

Another handover completed ✅

This week we have had the pleasure of transforming this beautiful 4 bedroom house with new carpets and LVT! ❤️

4 Bedrooms, Landing & Stairs features new gripper, 9mm high density underlay and finished with Heather Twist!

Living room, Snug, Hallway and Cloakroom features preparation including smoothing compound over a rough concrete subfloor making sure all skirtings are protected with tape. Floorwise Xtra compound was applied ready for Vero plank LVT to be fitted.

We are extremely impressed how the colours work together transitioning from the LVT to the carpet.

August Done ✅

Loved every minute of this project! Refreshing an old stable cottage with a comfortable 80/20 twist!

We supplied and fitted 4 bedrooms, landing and stairs in Pembrook Twist colour Egyptian Cotton. Fitted with gripper and underlay aswell as new thresholds to finish.

We loved the emotions and reactions of our clients when they saw the final product!

Renovating done right ✅

Over two phases we got the opportunity to complete our clients renovation project for their living room, hallway, stairs and landing! 😍

We matched the laminate that was in down in the kitchen and dining area, after fitting the laminate we covered the expansion gap with new white primed skirting boards and caulked to ensure a quality look and ready for paint!

For the stairs and landing we fitted Stainfree Twist supported with our Verve 9mm high density underlay. Finished with new aluminium thresholds 😍

We had the honour in recently transforming this stunning cottage in Milborne Port. Featuring Stain Free Ultra, supported in luxurious 9mm High Density underlay.

We made sure to follow the natural stone walls aswell as creating an invisible transition between the living and dining space by joining the carpet together.
