A fresh start to summer with Palantine Stripe, our new design!
Architecturally bold and classically inspired in terms of its motif, yet crucially paired down and minimal in its look and feel Palantine Stripe ticks the box of introducing a simplified and less “look at me” fabric design to the collection.
Harnessing our love of traditionally hand screen printed linens, this one-colour design is printed in a soft palette, less typical to the wider collection as well as a few more vibrant and earthier tones.

PALANTINE STRIPE

Architecturally bold and classically inspired in terms of her motif, yet crucially paired down and minimal in look and feel - Palantine Stripe ticks the box of introducing a simplified and less “look at me” design to the collection. With its strong and distinctive vertical repeat, this clean and yet historically poignant reference of an organic acanthus leaf - come - classical order is something I have been longing to introduce to the collection.

Available in corresponding but characteristically different scales- the more monumental Palantine Stripe Grande, and the more delicate Palantine Stripe Piccolo.

Harnessing our love and commitment to traditional printing methods - this one-colour design is available as a hand screen printed linen AND hand block printed wallpaper - with all methods and mills celebrated in the production of this short video. Working with them, their extensive experience, skill and eye on the detail is everything 💪 (and such a delight in the fast paced world of so much today available and produced at the click of a button).

Available in a softer palette (for which we are less well known 😉) as well as a few more vibrant and earthier tones. Samples are ready to go out- so order these online and/pr via the link in the bio.

It’s that time of year, celebrating the turn of the seasons- bringing in the May bank holiday weekend in the UK and Memorial Day weekend in the States.

I cannot help but champion our stripes. Not just the joy of their colours and the nostalgia that they conjure up. But also the brilliance and happy times we had on these wonderful, sun filled marathon photoshoots- all of which took place in Norfolk with the wonderful . Eeking out those days, that light, the lugging of furniture and the magic of the moment that you hope, but don’t know, you might have “got it”. It is made all the more special since more recent and larger campaigns very much conjure up this same style and spirit- loungers, pools (obvy) and a very different location- but an angle, a mood and similar references one can only assume (and did I say stripes 🎪)

I feel very proud that as a small fabric collection we choose to invest in photoshoots with some of the best. For me they capture so much more than an image, but a moment and a story of getting from A to B- derived from so much- but not part of a larger machine. Spontaneous and original all the same. It takes a village , we all know it.

I am delighted to be included in the House & Garden Top 101 again this year, enormous thanks to the wonderful team and for their continued support.
It has a been a busy and incredibly gratifying year, with significant projects completed and many exciting projects at play for 2026 and 2027. It is such a joy to be entrusted by our wonderful clients with the work that we so love doing, and none of this would be possible without my dedicated team, across the board! Thank you for the spotlight you shine on designers, makers, influencers, suppliers, supporters and many, many more. We are brimming with pride to be listed amongst so many that I admire so greatly.

Decorating this children’s room in the eaves was all about colour and pattern. Maximising light and space is key, so we created a run of bespoke beds and reading nooks, tucked into the dormers, complete with clever storage solutions.
Our own Pavilion Stripe fabric, in emerald, ruby and sage, creates a playful contrast to the muted walls and woodwork, and weaves in the jewel tones of the rug, a go to, for eyecatching carpets. I personally love the nostalgia that an eiderdown brings to a bed, in look as well as in practise.

I never knew I wanted a cat, not to mention remembering particularly ever liking one. Manchester born Pansy, a new and spontaneous clickbait purchase to kickstart a cold and grey February, and quieten a building campaign from our daughter.

Suffice to say we are smitten by the kitten ♥️
