Our team is busy making up cushions in some of our favourite fabrics for our September pop-up with Studio Hoc l Art for Interiors | Bespoke Picture Framing at Chaldicott Barns.

This low entranceway sofa was reupholstered for our client in Linwood Fabric Helter Skelter Grass. A pattern that called for some particularly careful matching, and all credit to our upholsterer for doing such a brilliant job. We love how it turned out.

There’s been the first hint of a change in season this weekend, with plenty of rain showers in Dorset. This is a sofa that really comes into its own over the autumn and winter months, when the hallway fills up with wet wellies, muddy boots and coats coming in and out of the door. A very useful place to sit and pull them on.

We’re really looking forward to our week-long pop-up with Studio Hoc l Art for Interiors | Bespoke Picture Framing this September, where alongside our cushions, furniture and lamps, we’ll have a selection of Georgie Wykeham Designs side and console tables, including some in exciting new colours.

We’ve been huge fans of Georgie’s furniture for years and have used her pieces in a number of our projects, as well as in our own homes, so it feels like a very fitting part of the pop-up.

All Georgie Wykeham furniture is made here in the UK, in West Sussex.

Come and see it all together at The Old Bookshop, Chaldicott Barns, Semley, SP7 9AW, next door to Compton McRae

We loved this headboard, designed for a bedroom in Dorset, with its gently scalloped shape and olive green piping. Paired here with curtains in classic Colefax and Fowler.
