Happy bank holiday to all our uk bookworms I hope you’ve enjoyed the mini break we are having. Everyone knows June is pride month and we’ve wanted to do a pride couples collection for a while so here they are. We have five couples all amazing and all featured in some of my favourite fantasy, ya and contemporary books. We have Mia and Ash from The Nevernight Chronicles, we have Magnus and Alec from The Mortal Instruments, Simon and Blue from Love Simon, Gideon and Harrow from Gideon the Ninth and lastly Dante and Aristotle from Dante and Aristotle Discover the Secrets of the Universe. Each candle has rainbow touches and of course Glitter, especially Magnus and Alec 😍. I hope you love them and as soon as they are on the shop I will let you know

Hello bookworm. I thought I’d take a minute just to share our new logo with you, we’ve had the same logo for nearly six years and with all the changes and updates we are doing behind the scenes I thought a fresh logo would do us good. I hope you like it as much as we do ❤️.

You may have seen my reel yesterday you might not, who knows with Instagram theses days so I thought I’d add to the grid a photo of our revamped foursomes candle sets. Obviously this is our Hunger Games set and we have two more sets coming one brand new and another revamp, and they will come with the bookmarks as always but you will have the opportunity to buy the candles individually this time instead of all four candle so if Peeta is your fave you can just purchase him and so on. So tell me your thoughts do you like them, I hope you do and have you got any guesses on what the new set will be? The bookmarks for the new set are so cute 🥰

Hello Bookworms how are you all. We are slowly and surely starting our shop revamp and one of the collections we are starting with is our Classic Literature range. We have changed the label style and the jars and we’ve added our gorgeous crystals and botanicals to the top. We are simplifying a lot of the candles in the shop and will only be offering our Classics in a 8oz amber jar. We are adding a new one to can you spot it? Are you a fan of the classics? Or do you plan to read some one day?

Hello bookworms I hope you are all well. Things are all over the place at the moment at home and in the shop so please bare with us. We are still planning to shut the shop but we are hoping to be back soon with new candles and a new look so watch this space. In the mean time we have finally listed our Charlie and Nick candles and what we have on the shop is what we have so get them while you can. We might be having a sale soon to move stock we have on hand to make room for newness but if we do I will let you know. Just one more thing before I go, we all know engagement here is absolute rubbish and instagram don’t seem to be listening to what we all want so we are now on TikTok so come and join us over there if your on TikTok and see some of the changes we are making over the next few weeks

Happy Monday bookworms I hope your all well. We have a restock fast approaching (1st) and we will be discontinuing a lot of our current lines. If you haven’t seen our clearance sections on our shop go take a look we have everything half price at the moment in there. I’m taken time to re-evaluate the direction of the shop, in all honesty with Etsy cost, low sales and material cost things are look a little bleak at the moment. So condensing some of our current lines seems like the right thing to do. I don’t know, at the moment what’s going to happen in the next six months but for now we are still open and looking forward to the restock. I hope you are all well, I don’t want to be all doom and gloom but honesty with you all is key I think.

Happy Sunday bookworms. What’s your take on s**tty reads? I’ve read the blue ice aliens books and they are a little repetitive after a while, it did make me realise that I like a little sprinkling of s**t, even a fade to black, for me it can’t be the main plot line I need more. What’s your thoughts on it and do you have any s**t recommendations? If you do add them below in the comments I’d love to hear them.

I know I’m a day late but happy book birthday to Tahereh Mafi for the release of Woven Kingdom, is that on your TBR yet?
