Here at Kent Carpets, we are excited to be able to open our doors again on Monday 12 April 2021 to the public. Please ensure you wear a face covering and maintain a safe distance. So if you have been waiting to come in and browse for that new carpet, rug, vinyl or laminates, or even some artificial grass for the garden, please do come and see us. We are, of course, still offering our home visit service, where we can measure up and bring samples for you to choose in your own home. Kent Carpets wishes all our customers a Merry Christmas.

In order to keep us all as safe as possible, we have taken the decision to keep the shop closed after 2nd December but we will still be offering home visits for measuring and choosing from samples as well as fitting services so please feel free to call the shop on 01795 668350 or email [email protected].

Although the showroom is closed during lockdown, we are still able to come out to measure and bring samples and we are still able to order carpets, take deliveries and complete installations before Christmas. Our fitters will be strictly social distancing, wearing masks and sanitising regularly. So don't think just because the shop is closed, we are closed for business - we want to ensure our customers have that lovely new carpet in time for Christmas, so please either call the shop on 01795 668350 or email us on [email protected].

After careful consideration, we have decided to run an appointment only service from the shop. This will mean contacting us via E-mail ([email protected]) or telephone (01795 668350) where we can offer a 30 minute appointment whilst observing strict social distancing rules.
