I specialise in personalised gifts, children's clothing, pet accessories, birthday t-shirts, home organisation products, song plaques, wall decals, labels, custom vinyl and many more. All orders can be created from scratch to your specifications and requirements, as well as replicating and adapting the pictures
shown of my previous orders - please note I do not do any copyright work, this includes replicating other sellers work. I have a library of 100’s of fonts and designs. I can source products and colours from a high number of trade only suppliers so if you can't see what you are looking for please drop me a message. Firstly thank you for choosing to order through LBDesigns, as I create bespoke personalised orders my order t&c’s may vary slightly from your usual online platforms and stores. Please read them carefully as by ordering from me on any platform you are agreeing to the following -
AFTERCARE - All of my orders will come with specific home care instructions, please ensure these are followed correctly, they are provided to help you enjoy your order for longer. PAYMENT - Payment is via Bank Transfer, Card or Paypal (Paypal incurs 50p per transaction fee), I do not accept cash or cheques. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, depending on the item value I may ask for full payment. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Prices displayed are for collection, delivery is available and the cost will be confirmed with you at the time of order. TIMESCALES - Our order timescales begin from the day payment is received. Please remember that whilst every effort is made to work to agreed timescales, ordering from a small business means we don't have the cover that Amazon has if I am unwell! FOOD ITEMS - All food items are sold with permission from Sheffield Council, I hold a 5 star food hygiene rating and permission to sell pre-packaged food items. Full ingredients and nutritional information are available, however I am unable to guarantee allergy free products and an allergy free packing environment. DIFFERENCES & LONGEVITY-
As all of my orders include hand application of vinyl, if multiple items of the same product are orders there may be small application differences. If your order is created using multiple colours, each of these colours is a different layer. When the layers are applied there may be some minor gaps or shrinkage in the colours which is unavoidable but I will make it has unnoticeable as possible. Please bare in mind that the majority of our items are made with vinyl, this may be adhesive or pressed using an industrial heat press. Whilst vinyl is applied on top of a surface and won’t last forever - every effort is taken to assist with the longevity of my products, however please bare in mind it will not last in the same way that embroidery for example will. RETURNS - Please note that I do not accept ANY returns and items purchased from me are exempt from distance selling regulations due to them all being completely personalised to your requirements and therefore are not in a re-sellable condition. FAULTY GOODS - In the unlikely even that your items is received faulty this must be reported to me within 7 calendar days of your order being received. The items must be returned to me for inspection (costs not covered). A replacement will be offered where product error is found, no replacements will be offered for failure for follow care guidance or user error. DELIVERY -
- Local deliveries are made evenings and weekends only, the delivery cost is calculated on your postcode therefore the address cannot be changed.
- My preferred postal service is Royal Mail, we are happy to use an alternative provider if you would prefer (Amy additional costs to be covered by the customer)
- all orders that are posted are done so with the upmost care, please be aware that postage delays can occur and these are outside of our control. Whilst every effort is made to provide you with a delivery date, this will be the indication given to us by the delivery company and is subject to them completing the required actions.
