My Story

Inspired by my love for crafts & vintage items, Apricot Green was created in 2013 when I made a few gifts for family and some home décor items. Since then, it's all spiralled from there! :) My bespoke crafts are primarily based around children, home & family, however i can put my mind to anything. Feel free to bring your ideas to me so i can create you something beautiful or why not let me go with my amazing flow and receive a gorgeous surprise? I've lots of ideas for my "buy off the shelf" store and will keep these updated on my page, so please keep checking back! Some of the bespoke makes we've done so far; Hair Bows & Clips, Frames, Fairy Doors, Fairy Wands, Bookends, Freestanding Shapes (Letters, Animals etc), Wedding Coat Hangers, Decoupage Crafts - Letters, Animals & Shapes, Photo Albums & Scrapbooks, Personalised Christmas Tree Baubles & Plinths, Christmas Eve Plates, Reindeer Food, Santa Keys...... Just to name afew!

We cater for all occasions, for example; Birthdays, Easter, Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Weddings, Christening/Holy Communion, Valentines Day, Engagement, Sympathy, Goodbye, Good Luck, Thank You, Leaving, Teachers/Students Leaving, Passing Exams/Leaving Uni or just a treat for yourself! All our crafts are made from a smoke free home. Now for the more serious stuff; Terms & Conditions Of Business Timeframes We usually ask for a timeframe of 14 working days to make your bespoke item, however if you require the item within 14 days please contact us and we will see what we can do for you (please note that this is not guaranteed). Please note that during busy periods we may take a little longer than anticipated, however we will always try to inform you if this is going to be the case. Some complex items may take more than 14 working days to make, so therefore please always ask us of a timeframe before placing your order. We will try to adhere by your given timeframe providing this is over 14 working days (non complex items) however this is not guaranteed. Payment terms Payment must be made in full to the agreed value before goods are collected/dispatched. A small deposit will be required to make your order. This will be agreed with you before your order is fully placed. Paying a deposit is your agreement to me that you fully intend to complete the transaction and pay for the goods in full. Postage and packaging will not be included in the prices you see quoted on my page, however we will let you know of the postage and packaging cost separately. An invoice will be supplied to you detailing the item(s) you have ordered along with the agreed payment terms, total cost of item(s), total cost of postage and packaging and the final balance. Delivery terms Items will always be sent via signed for proof of delivery (Royal Mail or Other Courier). No items will be sent via any other cheaper method, so please do not ask me to do so. If you cannot adhere to this, then unfortunately your order will not be taken and fulfilled by me. Collections are welcome however this must be agreed by myself and on a suitable date and time to us both. The items must be collected on this agreed date and time. Faulty or incorrect items No refund will be given on any personalised or made to order goods unless the item is deemed faulty (as per the law). If the item(s) is/are faulty or incorrect due to our failings (pictures and written proof required) then we will be more than happy to rectify this by; amending or re-making the item for you within a suitable and agreed timeframe or a partial refund due to the fault and you retain the item, providing it is reported to us within 2 working days after the item has been signed for (delivery date). Design Check It is your responsibility to check the design/colour/layout that is sent to you in full as we cannot be held responsible for any wrong or incorrect information once the design/colour/layout has been signed off by you. We are unable to accept returns or offer any refunds in this instance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised/bespoke items if you have changed your mind. We will not accept any returns if the item(s) is not within the original packaging or has been used.
