This was an excellent project to show some serious subfloor prep. 🔨

After removing an original parquet floor that had blown after a pipe burst our team installed a new screed base over the original bitumen base. A new DPM layer was added before a final screed. 😮‍💨

This meant we were all set for a new solid oak block sourced to match the original in size and grade. Our expert team then sanded and finished the floor in situ to ensure as close a match to the original as possible.

Like nothing ever happens 😜.
