REFLECTION.

There’s nothing quite like a before and after. Seeing the journey laid out side-by-side; from the stripped back structure to the final details, always reminds us how much thought, planning and care goes into creating a finished room.

BOTANICAL GARDENS PROJECT

We are so excited to be posting the first of the professional photography of our Botanical Gardens project.

This project began during the initial lockdown of 2020 where I met our lovely clients on zoom and we clicked immediately. It has been a real labour of love for all involved to get this beautiful home to the place you see today.

Showcased here is the beautiful hallway, staircase and landings running through the centre of the house, papered with this stunning botanical paper by . We waited a year after the project was completed to add the wallpaper and it completely transformed the space. Throughout the various halls and landings we designed complimentary bespoke furniture to dress each vista perfectly.

The staircase itself was relocated but the design detail was faithfully reproduced so that it still had the feel of the original house.

Vicky has been a member of Wilding & Wolfe for 6 years. As a qualified architect she brings her extensive knowledge and technical expertise to our projects, turning designs into reality with her meticulous drawings.

Outside of work, Vicky is a keen runner, often found pounding the many trails and woodland paths sheffield has to offer. Alongside that she juggles being a proud mum to three girls and a very talented seamstress, known to knock up incredible outfits for Taylor Swift concerts and more!

I am very proud and grateful for my dedicated team and the layers of professionalism and creativity they bring to the company and to our projects.

M Y T H I C A L L A N D

I have always loved this panoramic wallpaper, designed by one of our favourites, so it is a really treat to be specifying it for our wonderful Sheffield clients who want to bring fun and interest into their family home.

Working in a really collaborative way with this client, we are re-painting the kitchen in a soft powder pink and running this scenic paper along one of the walls in their dining space. Inspired by American folk art, conjures up fairytales and times of old whilst not being childish. A perfect blend for a young, stylish family.

Our clients are proud Sheffield residents and wanted to commission a truly special, bespoke piece to represent their love for their city. This collage was created a few years ago but has finally been framed and hung by the clever , who has created this hand painted frame in his own unique style. This truly compliments our client’s more is more attitude to colour and pattern!

B E D R O O M S

Bedrooms and in particular master bedrooms are very often the most personalised rooms in the house. Understanding your client, their taste, their needs, their level of comfort required and the personal touches required to make this room a haven is key part of the job of an interior designer. We take great care to get to know our clients and understand them well so that we can create a space that works for them, so that we can create the perfect place to rest for them.

P E R S O N A L C O M M I S S I O N

We commissioned this stunning pair of appliqué artworks by the very talented for our client’s master bedroom last year. We took inspiration from the flora and fauna of Las Vegas, a place close to our clients’ hearts and Natasha worked her magic. Seeing them so cleverly framed today by was such a treat and our clients were over the moon. It’s so special to be able to be involved in the creation of something so personal which will stay with them forever.
