Ferraby Knives Maker of Sweet Blades since 1861. Sheffield. I am Will Ferraby. Designer and Maker of world class handmade kitchen knives.

My skills are learned from generations of Sheffield knife making families who developed the first stainless steel. I use the last pieces of Sheffield Steel to create unique knives for chef's who want a beautiful tool. I believe in sourcing ethical materials that tell a good story. Hand-forged, cryogencially hardened (in the UK's only specialised furnace), double tempered, then convex ground creating an edge that will last long, is strong, and is sharp enough to cut the wind... or a tomato.
