Happy 70th Birthday for my lovely Mum. Made a few weeks ago for a special birthday. Three tiers of cake the bottom coffee and walnut, middle lemon drizzle and the top chocolate. All decorated in fondant with hand piped flowers and a cascade of handmade sugar paste roses. A little clunky in ex*****on and a learning process but pleased with the end outcome!
