Happy 18th Birthday! Designed totally by the birthday girl and what a great flavour combination it was with a beautiful design. A brown sugar caramel sponge layered with a coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache and a light vanilla coating. Hand piped various flowers decorated the cake with edible pearls, gold balls and butterflies. Love how this turned out!

An absolute treat to make this special cake for a diamond wedding anniversary. Rich soaked fruit cake topped with fondant icing and piping work, finished with handmade sugar paste roses. The piping work was a nod to the original wedding cake and the ribbon and colouring was the colour of the bridesmaid dresses.
