Many of you know my daughter Amy as my trusty Exec Assistant ~ she loves nothing more than posting your orders and sorting out my beads.

However, what you may not know, is that she is in fact a wheelchair athlete who travels all over the country competing in the sport of Boccia. As of August, she was ranked 4th in the country for her classification!

Last week, she competed in the Special Olympics Summer Games held in Birmingham and returned home with TWO silver medals 🥈🥈Isn’t that just fantastic 🎉🎉🎉

My Executive Assistant has been spending extra time with me this week whilst her support staff are taking well earned holidays. We’re making the most of mother and daughter time, as you can see!

I’m busy processing everyone’s orders this afternoon, including the August Crystal Stitch Marker club parcels ✨🪩 so get ready to stalk your posties!

Following on from all the love for my Amigurumi Pins this week, I’ve had a cheeky stock check this morning and both sizes of pins have now been restocked!

It’s a bright early start here in the Mrs G HQ, as my ‘to-do’ list is growing faster than the courgettes in the vegetable patch 😂

What better way to start though, than with making some gorgeous new Amigurumi Pins for my Etsy shop. You all loved the previous designs, so do let me know your thoughts on these ones. I really can’t pick a favourite, I love them all so much 💖 🐘☕️🐓

Now I just need to get them listed in my shop, so that you can all go wild in the aisles with your shopping baskets! 🛒🛍️

It’s time to stalk your posties if you’re a Crystal Stitch Marker Club member!

This month’s marker is definitely my new favourite and is yet another Swarovski Crystal pendant ✨ in fact I can confirm that it’s Swarovski all the way for the rest of 2026!

The good news is there are just TWO spaces available this month if you haven’t renewed your membership or simply fancy treating yourself.

There are three or six month options available - make one payment now and that’s it! No monthly subscription and it’s probably more affordable than you think 🥰

I’ve just taken delivery of new stock, so now my super duper Executive Assistant is busy with her favourite job ~ sorting beads!

This can only mean one thing. More Amigurumi Pins are on their way 🥰

It was amazing to see my new Amigurumi Pins fly out of my popup shop at the weekend

It’s always nerve wracking when you launch a new product and I definitely wish I’d taken a greater stock with me!

As a result, there are just a handful remaining in my Etsy shop if you want any of the current designs 💜🧶🍄🌸🌼

As a reminder, these pins are a life saver when you’re attaching body parts whilst making amigurumi. Extra long pins with handy stoppers on the end to keep them in place whilst you sew your creation together. Simply perfect 😘
