As many of you may know, Iโve taken a step back from creating to sell๐ฅบโจ
When I started Amber Cove, it came from a genuine love of arts and crafts. Friends, family, and eventually others began asking if they could purchase my creations, and what started as a hobby naturally grew into a small business๐งก
Over time, however, I found myself creating pieces that didnโt truly inspire me. I was making items based on demand rather than passion, and it became harder to express my creativity in a way that felt authentic. Eventually, I realised I was no longer enjoying the process, and I believe that began to show in my work. As my enthusiasm faded, so did the motivation to advertise, promote, and grow the business๐ช
Most importantly, I missed creating simply for the joy of itโฆwithout expectations or pressure. Thatโs ultimately why I made the decision to close Amber Cove as a businessโฆ.
Who knows what the future holds? For now, though, Iโm no longer selling and am focusing on creating purely for the love of making art๐งก
