Pots of compost don’t exactly make the most interesting reel ever made but for me it’s exciting.

I finally got out in the garden this afternoon and potted up some strawflowers, bunny trails and Limonium seeds. Got some more seeds on order but all these are perfect for drying.

Also with the help of Winnie I have made a start on the Dahlia, gypsophila and thistle bed.

Another bunch of lovely people and 4 beautiful wreaths made at last nights Christmas wreath workshop .

This was my last Christmas wreath workshop for 2025 but planning more throughout 2026.

I dislocated and snapped the tendon on my right hand middle finger last week.

It means I can’t do autumn wreath making workshops but hopefully be ok for Christmas 🤞.

I can’t believe wearing this splint to straighten my finger would have such an effect on daily tasks. I can do stuff but think it needs a couple of weeks to heal before I attempt too much, so I’m sitting in the sun with Winnie while it heals but “I’ll be back” soon😊

Quickly popping on to say I’m still here but currently dealing with an adolescent little mini dachshund so it’s very busy and just a bit annoying. She barks frantically at visitors, chews carpet, wires and bed sheets, still cute though
