If rustic is not quite your thing, one of the Friends has made some lovely turned and polished items. The little trees are made from yew and each has its own unique pattern.
These items, together with other gifts and decorations, will be available from the Swale Media Arts Centre at No 34 Sittingbourne High Street from Tuesday 5th December.

Looking for something truly unique for that person who has everything? This clock may just be the answer.
The wooden surround has been sculpted by nature from part of a 100 year old hardwood railway sleeper recovered from the Sittingbourne and Kemsley Light Railway. Removing the decayed wood has revealed the beautiful structure beneath. The sculpture stands 80cm tall and is 30cm wide and 10cm deep.

The pack contains everything needed to create a mini wildflower meadow in a corner of the garden or a bit of the lawn. There are 6 individual packets of annual and perennial wildflower seeds plus some Yellow Rattle and a full set of growing instructions. (The yellow rattle is semi parasitic plant that helps to suppress the grass and allows the wildflowers flourish.) All the seed has been collected from organically grown plants, in Milton Creek Country Park or other local gardens. Just £10 per kit.

Lovely fresh Easter display. Just one of the items that will be for sale on Sunday at the Craft Fair at the Meads Community Centre ME10 5JJ to raise funds for the Friends of Milton Creek Country Park major project to build a community hub in the park.
