We’ve been quiet on social media but we have been SO busy with work!! Can’t thank everyone enough who have chosen myself to work on all your gorgeous properties.

I’m now away for 3 weeks but will still be available via messenger or WhatsApp if required.

I will leave you with 2 great jobs that I’ve just finished completing for 2 different customers in lenham.

Both great people to work for and was an absolute pleasure throughout!

Firstly we had the lovely Courtney who wanted some flooring installed in her hallway and living of a newly purchased property. We also installed the skirting ready for painting.

Secondly was James and Katie who were absolutely top class people to work for. This involved a complete hallway & dining room line floor restoration. I also filled all the gaps between the floorbaords and slightly tinted the flooring to reduce the natural line colour coming through.

All in all.… 2 happy customers and a well deserved break for me!

Another job started this morning in Bromley, yet another reccomendation from a previous customer! 

We do our absolute best to provide a service where No corners are cut. We prioritise our quality of work and we get the best results.

Again here we are correcting a previously poorly repair floor restoration. Using incorrect fixtures and the floor had so many small pieces.

We’ve pulled all of these out and used reclaimed pine boards to make sure there’s as many full boards as possible.

We have the whole ground floor of this gorgeous house to do so keep an eye out for the updates!

We are also using our colour matched gap filler before finally sanding the floor boards to remove all the damages from being previously sanded.

Bit of a longer post but I want people to see the amount of work and care I put into these floors. It’s not just a job to me. I take great pride in my work and customer satisfaction is my main goal.

Last few weeks we have been pulling up these old Victorian pine floor boards making sure the joists are insulated and any void gaps are filled to reduce draft and cold air.

We’ve also sanded the floor and refinished as someone had a go in the past and make abit of a mess. We’ve also remove the stiletto marks in the floor board and of course refinished in our favourite XL1 Matt floor lacquer.

So it’s been a while since I’ve updated the page on what I’ve been getting up too! Been overwhelmed with the amount of work we’ve done this year and I can’t thank you all enough.

This gorgeous rosewood parquet flooring was done for a very good family friend and the before and after photos speak for themselves.

Unfortunately there were a few blocks that wasn’t original so we had to remove and replace from under the built in worktops but once it’s finished you would never know!

Full sand & fill and finished in induro XL1 30% semi Matt clear lacquer.

We have many projects booked in over the summer so keep your eyes out on the page!
