Have you always wanted to try Fair Isle knitting, but it’s felt a little complicated?
Or perhaps you’ve had a go before and it just didn’t work out quite how you hoped?

I can show you just how simple and enjoyable Fair Isle can be – especially when knitting in the round on double pointed needles. Once you learn a couple of little tricks for things like puckering, it suddenly all clicks into place. And honestly… it becomes completely addictive!

The workshop is on Monday 25th May from 10.30am to 4pm.

The cost is £65 and includes everything you need for the day, including yarn and needles.

All you need to bring is your willingness to learn something new – and refreshments.

In this world of the internet, everything happens so quickly.
A whole house renovation in 90 seconds.

🏃‍♂️Months (or years!) of work… gone in a blink.

But knitting doesn’t work like that.

🐢It’s slow.

It’s the same stitch, over and over again.

And there’s no shortcut.

🧘🏼‍♀️And yet… it’s the thing that calms the mind the most.

🌊 This week (and the last and the last before that) I’ve been knitting the Philippa Jumper again – the same stitches, the same yarn – and after a hectic day, it’s exactly what I need.

Just a few rows. No thinking. Just knitting.
