Weekly round up 📸 It's safe to say this week has been full of highs and lows 🎢 We had the lovely surprise of our toilet, shower and bath all breaking at once 🤦 We found a house we LOVED but our offer was rejected 💔 And we spent many late nights walking around with River at stupid o'clock as she couldn't sleep 😩🫩

But it's not all bad... Ash has worked every day this week installing and has absolutely smashed it 🛠️ Abi and River went swimming, had the best time at and saw the most gorgeous sunsets 🌇 We also had a few well needed visits to the pub 🍻

River did the cutest thing and napped with her arms in the air which reminded us of the newborn days where that would be her go to sleep position and she would stay like that all night... Now she has learnt how to move and loves to do a full on break dancing routine in her sleep just to give mum and dad a lil cheeky late night heart attack 😱😂

Pack a lunch with me for a cutesy family lunch date 🥪💞

Context we have a 10 month old hence us being a "no sleep household" 😂

Last week's weekly round up part 2 📸

1. A rarity for us getting dressed up and going for a nice meal celebrating a friend's birthday 🎂

2. & 6. Some stunning flooring we supplied and fitted in Coventry in the colour Boat House Oak 😍

3. River's first time on a swing was a great success.... Our baby is growing up waaaay too fast 🥲 💔

4. Some carpet we replaced in a showroom 😍

5. Billy and our next door neighbour Dexter post 🐕

7. I don't know if any other mums/dads went to the wooden toy event. Abi did and brought some very nice toys for River but of course the packaging and box were way more interesting to River than the toys 🤦😂

Weekly round up part 1 📸

1. Billy decided this week that he can do a better job on our website than Abi 🤷 💻😂

2. Living room goals 😍 some stunning LVT we recently installed 🔥

3. Head to head cuddles are the BEST 🥺 If only you could bottle up that feeling and keep forever 🫙

4. No door bars here 🙅⛔ LVT flooring we installed flowing through nicely as it should 🛠️

5. Our next door neighbour Dexter stalking Abi while she puts the washing out at 6am 👀 should have never started giving him a biscuit every time I see him 🤦

6. When the light hits the flooring you just installed perfectly 😍😍😍

7. River's first time on her dad's shoulders... R.I.P Ash's shoulders as I'm sure when River can talk she will be asking to go up there all the time 💀😂

8. Proud to have got the finish line of this LVT job where the subfloor was a nightmare 🥲

9. And lastly River did a cheeky dab in her sleep 💃 😂

So today the team at Ashley Stubbs Flooring HQ (aka Abi and River-Meadow) went to view a house for sale 🏡

We have been trying to sell our home for a little while and we were starting to lose hope so we completely stopped booking viewings to find our next home BUT much to our surprise we have just recently accepted an offer on our home eeeeek 😬 🥳 The only problem is we haven't found a home ourselves yet🤦 So now it's full steam ahead for constantly being on and booking viewings 😅

Viewing a house today has been such a nerve-racking experience... Is it just me or does viewing a house you are really keen on feel like you are going on a first date? 😂😅
