I am proud to have been one of the first supper clubs to be established outside of London. We are now in our 13th year and there seems no sign of slowing down. There are now many supper clubs all over the country and I would encourage you to try them as an alternative to dining in a restaurant. Over the last 13 years in addition to the restaurant we have hosted big shared tables in our woodlands,

curry nights under the stars, Spanish nights with live music and a few weddings. We produced 4 course menus for takeaway during lockdowns and a few pop ups when lockdown was lifted. And now, I have put all my time into writing recipes. Some are of the supper club most popular dishes and load of new ones. I’ll be adding every week and hosting cook-alongs. There are now many supper clubs all over the country and I would encourage you to try them as an alternative to dining in a restaurant. The current trend for ‘underground’ dining, or ‘pop-up’ restaurants, is a very simple concept which, I understand, has been inspired by the Cuban Paladares. These family-run restaurants opened all over Cuba in people's houses in the 1970s and 1980s serving authentic, wholesome and inexpensive food and were encouraged as part of the country's democratic economic reforms.
