But the British flower industry is slowly coming back to life thanks to a growing number of small scale flower farmers like ourselves.

We grow with nature, supporting biodiversity and the local environment. No nasty sprays, no chemical fertiliser, no plastic wrapping.

We’re bringing these lovely flowers to Martock farmers’ market tomorrow - Saturday 13 June.

They’re all grown in our field in South Petherton - no chemicals, no air miles, no plastic wrapping.

You’ll find us at Moorlands shopping centre, North Street, Martock from 9.30.

NO GATE SALES tomorrow - come and see us in Martock instead and stock up on other local produce.

I’ve made up some beautiful, frothy bunches for sale from our gate today (Saturday 6th).

Come along to Bridge Way, South Petherton, TA13 5JD and buy some locally grown flowers.

£14 a bunch, cash or card accepted.

Please support local growers not the big supermarkets.

You won’t find flowers like these in a supermarket - every bunch is like an old fashioned English cottage garden.

We’d love to see you 😊

We are selling from our field on Saturday (6th) from 9am 😊

Just to say we won’t be selling flowers from our field tomorrow (Saturday 30 May) but should be back next Saturday.

Next week we’ll do Tuesday deliveries to Norton and Shepton Beauchamp shops.

We won’t be at Ilminster market in June (too much to do in the field) but should be back there in July.

So glad it’s cooling down. The heat this week was too intense for late spring flowers and there were quite a few casualties - my poor peonies fried ☹️

Some lovely cornflowers coming soon minus the beetles 😊 really hoping they’re not some horrible pest.

This is an example of the type of flowers you would get in one of our late May buckets.

As we get into July and August the variety of flowers increases - including some amazing dahlias.

We can also try to match any particular colour themes you may have.
