THIS ITEM IS NOW SOLD
Shiva Nataraja, the Lord of the Cosmic Dance.
This iconic representation originates from Hindu art and tradition, most famously developed in South India during the Chola dynasty.
This figure represents the perpetual, simultaneous cycles of creation, preservation, and destruction that animate the entire universe.
The ring of fire surrounding Shiva represents the manifest material universe, time, and cosmic energy. Shiva is shown with four arms to represent superhuman power. His upper right hand holds the damaru (a small hour-glass shaped drum) which beats the rhythm of creation. His upper left hand holds agni (the flame of cosmic destruction). His lower right hand is in the abhaya mudra (fear-not gesture), offering protection, while his lower left hand points toward his raised leg, symbolizing salvation and liberation.
Shiva balances his right leg directly on top of a dwarf demon, Apasmara, who symbolizes ignorance, illusion, and materialism over which spiritual wisdom triumphs.
A well cast, spiritual figure with superb patina.

THIS ITEM IS NOW SOLD
Bust of Jesus Christ wearing the Crown of Thorns.
Another piece from my personal collection. This piece was purchased several years ago from a Belgian market. The bust is heavily based on classic 19th and early 20th-century devotional designs by European sculptors like Richard Aurili and Eugène Marioton.
The piece captures the emotional gravity of the Ecce Homo style, depicting Christ looking upward in sorrow and devotion during his suffering.
This large plaster bust features a bright, metallic gold-bronze effect, giving it a rich patina look.
The bust has stylized flowing hair, a detailed beard, and an integrated plinth base at the bottom designed to sit stably on surfaces.
An amazing piece for interior design, retail, tattoo parlour, mancave or home.

Vintage 1950s/1960s Mid-Century Modern "Black Lady" chalkware figurine.
This retro piece heavily resembles the popular works produced during the 50/60s era by designers like Marcella Jackson, Diomede Nieri, or similar European and Australian pottery studios Barsony.
The figure is made of chalkware, a sculpted plaster .
The piece represents the 1950s exoticism and "Black Lady" trend popular in Hollywood Regency, Rockabilly, and Mid-Century kitsch home decor.
The figure features a stylized, elegant woman holding a patterned wrap around her lower body, leaning next to a black vase decorated with distinct gold geometric zig-zag lines and red accents.
A great piece for collectors of mid-century modern.

Decoupage ostrich egg globe
This is a piece of South African decorative art that transforms a real ostrich eggshell into a collectible ornament. It is crafted using a specialized decoupage method, where a detailed, antique-style historical map is skillfully transferred, sealed, and glazed onto the natural curvature of an authentic ostrich eggshell.
The piece rests on a specialty impala horn tripod stand, which utilizes polished, curved horn segments capped in metal brackets to cradle the egg securely.
A real eye catching piece for the home or mancave.

Engraved brass church commemorative tablet
This large, heavy commemorative plaque comes from my personal collection and documents key milestone dates/names of community members involved in its foundation.
August 4, 1902: Ceremonial foundation or "memorial" stones were laid by prominent members of the congregation and committees (including the Sewing Meeting Committee, Sunday School, and Young Men's Class).
July 29, 1903: The church door was officially opened by Mrs. T. N. Alexander.December 4, 1912: This specific decorative brass tablet was unveiled, also by Mrs. T. N. Alexander.
This stunning piece was purchase from another dealer who informed me this item came from a demolished church in Teesside.
A quality item that would look amazing in a man cave, interior design or retail.

Vintage industrial nameplate
This heavy cast aluminium advertising plate originated from The Bronx Engineering Co. Ltd., a famous British heavy machinery manufacturer formerly based in Lye, Stourbridge, England.
Founded in 1940, The Bronx Engineering Company specialized in building heavy industrial workshop equipment.
This specific style of arched, raised-letter plaque was mounted directly onto the cast frames of their large factory machines to mark their origin of manufacture.

Antique Victorian riveted copper boiler vat
This stunning large copper pot dates from the late 19th century (circa 1880).
These heavy-gauge copper vessels were originally built as vats used in washhouses for boiling water or laundering clothes. The pot features a distinctive hand-assembled sheet design joined by a vertical line of prominent solid copper rivets and finished with an everted rim.
Exposure to outdoor elements over many decades has created a highly sought-after, weathered verdigris patination with vibrant turquoise tones.
Today, they are prized architectural salvage items frequently repurposed as high-end garden planters or fireside log baskets.
Superb piece for interior design, log basket for a pub, restaurant/retail or the home.
