🌊 A Coastal Transformation in South Shields 🌊

What a transformation this one has been..! Check out the before and after pictures.

Here, we worked with a lovely family who’s modern home is overlooking the South Shields coastline. We’ve completely reimagined their downstairs space — removing the existing walls and opening everything up to create a bright, modern open-plan kitchen and living space, centred around a generous statement island.

The bespoke cabinetry has been designed to make full use of the ceiling height, finished just short of the ceiling to create a subtle shadow gap and a clean, built-in appearance.

The combination of warm taupe and carbon black cabinetry, complemented by natural oak accent shelving and a bespoke wine rack, gives the kitchen a warm but contemporary feel. A dramatic gold-veined quartz worktop brings everything together beautifully.

Finishing touches include:
✨ Satin brass Barrington handles by Hendel & Hendel
✨ Franke Polar White sink with Tessuto brass tap
✨ NEFF oven and microwave
✨ Integrated NEFF dishwasher
✨ NEFF venting induction hob, perfectly positioned on the island

It’s a kitchen designed not just to look fantastic, but to work brilliantly as the heart of a busy family home.

Most importantly, the customers are beyond thrilled with the finished result — which is always the best part for us.

And with views over the South Shields coastline, we’re not sure whether we’d spend more time looking at the kitchen or out of the window! 🌊😄

✨ A stunning modern kitchen designed for a young family. ✨

This beautiful space features bespoke matt truffle brown cabinetry, complemented by brushed brass handle profiles and accessories for a warm, contemporary feel. A Franke sink and tap, together with a full suite of Neff appliances, complete the functional heart of the kitchen, while the dramatic veined quartz worktop adds a real statement finish.

To create a seamless look throughout the home, we also designed and installed a custom-made laundry room and matching seating area, perfectly tying the entire project together.

Another beautiful kitchen completed for a lovely family on the Fellgate Estate. ✨

Working closely alongside a local building company, we helped bring this stunning space to life with a contemporary shaker kitchen, finished in a sophisticated combination of warm taupe and earthy green.

The design is perfectly complemented by dark brushed brass hardware and a striking gold-veined quartz worktop, creating a space that feels both elegant and welcoming.

This kitchen also features a full suite of Neff appliances, along with a cleverly designed bifolding pantry – the perfect place to keep small appliances neatly tucked away while maintaining a clean, uncluttered look.

A wonderful project from start to finish, and we’re delighted with the result.

Set within a stunning curved penthouse in Whitley Bay, these bespoke fitted pieces were designed to complement the unique architecture of the space while delivering both functionality and refined contemporary style.

The first part features a statement open display unit. Finished in a rich dark bronze, with contrasting matte cabinetry below. Designed with integrated lighting and asymmetrical open shelving, the piece creates a striking focal point while beautifully showcasing the client’s decorative ceramics and artwork.

The second piece transforms an awkward curved corner into a sophisticated and highly functional home office. Crafted with a warm walnut and soft neutral palette, the design follows the natural curve of the penthouse walls to create a seamless built-in workspace. Integrated shelving, concealed storage, feature slatted panelling, and ambient LED lighting combine practicality with understated luxury, resulting in a workspace that feels calm, organised, and perfectly tailored to the client’s lifestyle.

Both projects demonstrate the value of bespoke joinery in challenging spaces — turning unusual architectural features into elegant, purposeful design statements.

Here’s another beautiful transformation that we recently completed for a lovely family in Jarrow ✨

This project involved opening up and remodelling the downstairs space to create a bright, modern open-plan living area that perfectly balances practicality with style.

The contemporary shaker kitchen is finished in a warm taupe and features stunning Calacatta quartz worktops, premium Neff appliances, and a sleek Franke sink and tap, bringing together timeless design with everyday functionality.

Finished with a warm LVT floor and carefully chosen accessories, the result is a welcoming space designed for modern family living.

We’re aware of a recent social media post regarding one of our past kitchen installations and wanted to take time to address this.

As a small, family-run, local business with over 20 years in the industry, our reputation means everything to us and we genuinely care about every single customer that we work with.

We take any concerns seriously on the very rare occasion they arise.

On this occasion we have spent time trying to work with the customer to find a resolution.
Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of the situation we’re unable to go into detail publicly.

There is a live and ongoing insurance case where the insurer is yet to make a decision due to the complexity. Therefore, we cannot and will not be making any further comment relating to these posts.

We stand by the quality of our work and always aim to carry out installations in line with industry standards.
