Take one packet of Lidl GB fennel sausages and turn them into meatballs....
I get far to much satisfaction than I should skinning and rolling these beauts.😁
After rolling into balls, I made a quick sauce of chopped onion, carrots and tinned chopped tomatoes ( I used Mutti)
Fry the meatballs to brown off then add to the sauce, simmer till cooked.
Last few minutes of cooking I add spinach.
Yum.
