Still looking for something different as a Christmas present? Have a look at these lovely boards - some rare woods here with Miranti, Mappa, Idigbo through to some lovely old English oak and ash. Plus a couple of extraordinary pieces of elm, a wonderful slab of burr oak and a monkey puzzle tree 'cookie'. Not forgetting some interesting /unusual small items ideal for that slightly off the wall gift. Come and browse.

Weve just finished this oak framed summerhouse in the Meon valley. All the oak comes from a tree that was felled locally about 10 years ago. It was sawn and 'sticked' out......and left to dry. We bought it early this year. The door and window frames are oak as are the corner posts. The external cladding is cedar and the roof is cedar shingles. All four walls, the ceiling and floor are insulated and the finished floor is engineered oak. The doors and windows are also double glazed.

Open as usual this Friday and Saturday (10.30am - 4.00pm.) with an interesting collection of pots and planters: some lovely pieces of wood including walnut, western red cedar, mappa, holly, yew, maple, alder, ash and oak.
Plus a selection of hand made food boards and trugs.
