The post-retreat organising is underway! My cross stitch kits and thread gloss now have their own lovely little homes, and I’m slowly starting to feel like I’ve got my office back… well, this corner anyway!

Thanks to your support at last weekend’s retreat, I’ve got a little cash injection to put back into Sew Luxe Co and give my home stitch studio a mini makeover 🥰 Think better storage, proper organisation systems and switching more kits over to the new packaging, which saves SO much space!

It might not be the most glamorous thing to reinvest in, but honestly, some pastel crates and being able to find things are quite thrilling 😂

One shelf at a time… just keep facing this way for now 🤍

Pumpkin season, but make it pink 🎃💕

I hadn’t spotted any pink pumpkin cross stitch kits around, or patchwork ones either, so when I saw this cute little pumpkin decoration with its gold stalk, I just HAD to turn it into a kit! And honestly, I’m so in love with this colour palette. Those pinks, lilacs and touches of gold 😍✨

Patchwork Pumpkin had been in the works for a while, and the response to my sneak peeks online and at the retreat has been incredible 🥹 It sold out so quickly on the very first day! Lesson learnt… bring more pumpkins for an Autumn retreat 😂

It’s such a lovely little stitch and doesn’t take long to come together, making it perfect for cosy stitching throughout October 🍂

Wow! What can I say but my heart is extremely full and bursting with stitchy love🥰🥰🥰 another fabulous retreat over and I’m so sad to say goodbye to everyone who was there.

Thank you soooo much to everyone who popped by to say hello, give me cuddles, treats and purchase some more stitchy luxe goodies! You made this weekend one of the best 🥰🙏✨

Leaving with a much emptier car (THANKYOU!🤭)
After a much needed rest at my hotel we are now off home back south. Safe travels to all my wonderful stitchy friends near and far and hopefully see you next year if CCS will have me💕

🚨 A little last-minute PSA… tomorrow is your LAST DAY to order! 🚨

I’m taking some much needed holiday time on Saturday for 2 weeks to soak in the last of the school summer holidays☀️

And yes… I probably should have told you this sooner🙈

But quite frankly, the last couple weeks of summer holidays have been kicking my butt 😂 Between keeping a small human entertained, running a small business, packing orders and attempting to keep on top of approximately 847 other things, finding five minutes to actually make this post has somehow been impossible without succumbing to AI generated slop.

During the next 2 weeks my website will remain open, but any orders placed will be sent on my return. I’ll be popping up a notice on the website later today so it doesn’t catch anyone out.

I also owe you a little apology because I’d really hoped to have the Nutcracker kits back in the shop before I closed🎄 I know some of you have been waiting for them, but realistically I just haven’t had the time to get everything ready without completely running myself into the ground.

They WILL be coming back when I return though,
so consider this your little heads-up that festive stitching is coming 👀✨

For everything that is currently in the shop, tomorrow is your last chance to order before I close!

So if you’ve had your eye on a kit, need to stock up on thread gloss, fancy a new needle minder or just want a little stitching treat… now’s the time 🛍️✨

Then I’m switching off for a couple of weeks, making some family memories and hopefully returning a little more refreshed and a little less chaotic 😂🤍
