This is a unique ceramic poppy.
It is one of 888,246 such poppies created by ceramic artist Paul Cummins for the "Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red" installation in the moat of the Tower of London to commemorate the centenary in 2014 of the outbreak of the First World War. Each poppy represented a British or Colonial fatality in the war. Every poppy was individually handmade to reflect the individuals who died; as such, each poppy is unique.
The installation was on display between July 17 2014 and November 11 2014 (Armistice Day) and attracted millions of visitors.
This is your opportunity to own a piece of British history. Don’t miss out!
