Ok so this is a little different to what we normally post but I just had to share it.
Tonight I made a tomato, mozzarella and balsamic salad and it was absolutely delicious. Gorgeous Chichester-grown cocktail tomatoes (so sweet), Vittoria mozzarella (creamy but light) and Balsamico rich cherry-flavoured balsamic glaze (sticky and sweet). All currently available in our treasure trove of a shop!!
A huge thank you to Karen Castell, a valued customer and friend, for requesting we stock the cherry-flavoured balsamic glaze — it’s absolutely delicious and perfect for both savoury and sweet dishes. 🍅🧀🍒
