The hardest part of renovating is never an individual decision.
It’s managing the constant stream of decisions, uncertainty and second-guessing.
I see it all the time. Smart, capable, strong women who can run businesses, raise families, manage complex jobs and juggle busy lives suddenly find themselves defeated by a bathroom tile decision.
Not because they’re bad at making decisions.
Because they’re making hundreds of them while still carrying the mental load of their day-to-day lives.
A few rules can really help with setting boundaries, creating a support network, and allowing some self-compassion.
And remember the goal of a renovation is never perfection. You’re creating a home, not a Pinterest Board.
