Had a quick refresher on putting the gazebo up today, in prep for Saturday’s Bosham Inn Summer Social when I’ll be selling my pottery 🥰 better to remind myself before setting up on Saturday morning 🤪 come along, 11-5. It looks like it’ll be a sunny day with lots of fun going on (and some great local crafts & handmade things to buy!)

I had my first real disasters in the kiln a few days ago! Alongside some pieces that are absolutely fine. I think the elements need to be changed so I’m organising that in the next 2-3 weeks. Here’s some more pieces available online and at the Bosham Inn Summer Social (Saturday 11th July 11am - 5pm) and The Emsworth Horticultural Show in August. I’ll have some imperfect pieces too at reduced prices where I’ve had to rescue some mugs from severe glaze dribbles!

I’ve been throwing, turning, firing and glazing again 😍 my next market is the Bosham Inn Summer Social on Saturday 11th July 11am - 5pm. I’ll be bringing plenty of mugs, bowls, a butter dish or two, lots of little bud vases and more. The day sounds like it will be lovely, with stalls, music, games for kids - and let’s hope, some sun 🌞 pop by!

My next stall is at the lovely Southbourne Village Hall Spring Fair on Saturday 25th April 10am - 2pm. I’ll have mugs, bowls, pourers, bud vases, salt pigs, butter dishes and a new piece (for me) - a berry bowl! These are for rinsing and draining your blueberries , blackberries, raspberries and more 🍒🍓🫐🍒

Two things bought from my online shop this week 🥳🥳 the mug with the new combo (smokey Merlot with layers of light sepia over the top) and this little bud vase made with a speckled clay. I love how the turquoise glaze reacted with the darker clay 😍
