❤️ THE BEST COMPLIMENT? WHEN CUSTOMERS COME BACK! ❤️

There’s something rather special about customers choosing Southport Market Blinds again and again. 🥰

Whether it’s blinds for another room, a new home, or simply knowing exactly who to call when they need us again — that loyalty means the world to our little family business.

And reading our latest Google reviews has given us plenty to smile about! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

❤️ Customers returning years later
🏡 One customer choosing us for TWO different homes!
🪟 Blinds that still look as good as new years later
💡 Friendly, knowledgeable advice without the hard sell
🔧 Professional fitting and quality workmanship
💷 Competitive prices and happy customers

And we particularly loved reading that we managed to source and fit a curved blind rail for a tricky bay window — just the sort of challenge we enjoy! 😊

Hannah, James, Jan, Callum and Eileen — THANK YOU! ❤️

We never take your recommendations or your loyalty for granted.

If you’re looking for new blinds, we’d love the opportunity to show you why so many customers keep coming back.

🐾 Woof Woof Wednesday 🐾

If there’s one thing you should know about Ted… he LOVES a cuddle. ❤️

It doesn’t really matter who you are, where you’re sitting or what you’re trying to do — if Ted decides it’s cuddle time, you’ve been chosen. 😂

A lap, a shoulder, an arm, the sofa… he’ll find a way to get as close as physically possible.

Looking through our photos, we’ve realised just how many involve Ted snuggled up to somebody. 🥹

11 years old and still our little cuddle monster. ❤️🐶

Does your dog like their own space… or are they permanently attached to you too? 😂

✨ A LITTLE MONDAY EVENING INSPIRATION… ✨

Sometimes the right blinds are all it takes to completely finish a room. 🏡

But choosing them isn’t always easy — Roller? Roman? Venetian? Day & Night? Perfect Fit? 🤔

That’s where we come in.

We’ll measure your windows, talk you through the different options and help you find something that works for your room, your windows and your budget.

No pressure. No hard sell. Just friendly advice from a local family-run business that’s been looking after Southport homes since 2007. ❤️

❤️ THERE’S SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT ABOUT USING A FAMILY BUSINESS…

When you choose Southport Market Blinds, you’re not dealing with a huge national company or a call centre.

You’re dealing with us. 😊

The same local team who measure your windows, help you choose your blinds, arrange everything and come back to fit them.

We’ve been doing it here in Southport since 2007, and after all these years, we still get a real buzz from seeing the difference a new set of blinds can make to someone’s home.

No hard sell. No pressure. Just friendly advice, a free measure & quote, and blinds made to suit your home.

And if you’ve used us before, there’s a very good chance you’ll recognise the man in the photo! 😂

🐾 Woof Woof Wednesday 🐾

After 11 years, Ted reckons he’s pretty much got life sussed… so this week he’s sharing his rules for a happy life. 😂❤️

🐾 Never get out of bed before you absolutely have to.
🐾 Always stop for coffee. ☕
🐾 If you bark politely enough, someone will eventually hand-feed you.
🐾 Find a sunny spot whenever possible. ☀️
🐾 Keep a close eye on the neighbours at ALL times. 👀
🐾 And finish every day cuddled up with your favourite humans. ❤️

To be fair… we think Ted might actually be onto something. 😂

What would your dog’s number-one rule for a happy life be?

✨ LOVE YOUR VERTICAL BLINDS… BUT FANCY A CHANGE?

You don’t necessarily need a whole new blind!

Our Replacement Slat Service is a quick and cost-effective way to completely refresh your existing vertical blinds — and in most cases, your new slats can be ready the same day or next day! 🙌

Simply count how many you need, unhook one of your existing slats and bring it into our King Street showroom. Choose your new fabric and we’ll do the rest.

🎨 Loads of colours, patterns and fabrics to choose from.

TEAM FAUXWOOD or TEAM ALUMITEX? 👀

Two recent installations by Steve — two very different takes on the classic Venetian blind.

🤍 White Fauxwood Venetians — that lovely substantial, classic look that works beautifully in so many homes.

🩶 Alumitex Venetians — sleek, slim and contemporary for a completely different finish.

And just look at the difference those white Fauxwoods made in the before & after! 😍

So we’re curious…

Which would you choose for your home — Fauxwood or Alumitex? 👇

🐾 Woof Woof Wednesday 🐾

Ted’s opera career continues… 🎶🐶😂

Anyone who’s followed Ted for a while will know he’s always been rather partial to a bit of opera.

So when the music started at the end of The Gentlemen on Netflix, he obviously couldn’t resist joining in. 🎤

Same old Ted… hears opera, immediately assumes his services are required. 😂

Netflix, if you need an extra vocalist for the next series, you know where we are. 🐶🎶

Volume UP for Ted’s performance! 🔊

🪵 ONE EXTENSION. TWO DIFFERENT BLIND SOLUTIONS. ✨

A recent installation by Steve, using beautiful real wood Venetians throughout this rear extension.

For the main windows, we fitted 50mm Real Wood Venetians, while the doors/windows called for 25mm Real Wood Perfect Fit Venetians — giving the customer the same gorgeous natural look, but with the right blind for each part of the space.

And we LOVE how it all comes together. 😍

That’s one of the advantages of having your blinds made to measure — it’s not about using the same blind everywhere, it’s about finding what works best for each window, while still creating one coordinated look.
