Today I have been fitting two made to measure driveway gates over in gedney drove end for a lovely couple who are existing customers of mine. Where possible they asked me to mount the gates using as much of the existing hardware as possible to save money and of course I have done everything I possibly can to do that. Once the gates have had chance to get weathered a little bit I will be going back to paint the gates and all of their fencing so it all matches and also to paint the hardware to make it look nice.

Last year I did a full bungalow renovation over in Long Sutton. The client has been trying to do me a review but for the life of my I can't seem to get the reviews section working on the page so she sent this to me instead. Getting lovely reviews like this not only gives me the confirmation that what I do is good but it also helps with giving future customers the confidence to have me work with them.

Well I've made a good start today on the painting, most of one side has now been done. Just four more panels around the corner and then all of the other side to do. All I need is another dry day and looking at the weather forecast it could be a little while before I get one.

Today's mission: turning flat-pack garden furniture from varying mysterious pieces into actual chairs and a table. Even though parts were missing I still managed to put it together using spare parts that I carry.. .. I was also installing hanging basket brackets without arguing with the spirit level! 😄

A happy existing customer and another garden ready for summer. 🌻☀️

A busy couple of days but the transformation is finished. Ceiling and walls all painted. Grey walls are now a bright daffodil colour and the ceilings are now lovely and white. In addition the bathroom ceiling now has mould resistant paint to keep it clean. Customer is really happy and has said she will get me back for more work in the future 😊
