Our laser engraving machine offers pinpoint precision which results in a highly detailed etchings and engravings. Where required, we only use quality software to manipulate and enhance the product to ensure that you will receive a high contrast etching or engraving.

It is implicitly agreed that all photographs reproduced with our laser are in total agreement with you the customer and come with your permission to use any imagery reproduced for you by us for our advertising purposes. PRICING
We can reproduce on a variety of mediums, and pricing is in accordance with the initial costs of each type of medium. Prices are quoted on all bespoke products prior to production, please request price when messaging. How to order lasered photographs.........
When you contact us with you requirements we will ask a few questions, especially if additional text is required and its desired and position. When requested, please send via email the image that you would like engraved, please state if known the size (MB) and pixels of the original image. (Indicating the size of your image, graphic or photo and where possible the pixels, will help us determine the best size possible to engrave). We will issue you a quote email outlining what you have ordered, pricing and payment details etc,
Once received and all details have been checked, and If the price is acceptable, full payment should be made, once we have notification of this payment work will commence. NOTE: Once work has commenced on bespoke items it cannot be changed or cancelled, also any payments received will be non-refundable
We ask for a minimum of 10-14days to create you item (although this is often more than adequate), then, once completed, you will be informed and the item will be despatched to you. Returns Policy
Laser Impressions does not accept returns or exchanges on any bespoke or personalized items. A personalized item includes any products where the design, wording, or font is chosen or agreed by you, the customer. If a customer receives an item on which Laser Impressions has made a mistake, we will correct the item at no cost to you, the customer or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be sent in time for an event. In the event that you receive a product that is not correct, you have the option to return it for a full refund or we will replace the item with the correct product free of charge. If you have received an order from Laser Impressions that is incorrect, you have three (3) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please contact us at [email protected]
Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item. We will not accept any claims after three (3) days. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if an incorrect size was ordered, so be sure to review all sizes prior to ordering. Any items that have been personalised to your own specification or centred on an area of your choice cannot be returned unfortunately. Please ensure that you are entirely happy with what you are purchasing and that the customisation of the item ordered is correct. We will print your text exactly as it is requested and cannot be held responsible for incorrect spellings and grammatical errors on the customer’s behalf if spotted after the product has been lasered. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Laser Impressions and our associates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Laser Impressions name or trademarks without the express written consent of Laser Impressions. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Laser Impressions. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the page of Laser Impressions so long as the link does not portray Laser Impressions, its associates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner.
