Another beautiful shutter installation completed yesterday! ✨

We absolutely love how these stunning white plantation shutters complement the character of this traditional sash window! 🏡🤍

The perfect combination of classic style and modern practicality, giving our customer fantastic control over light and privacy without compromising the charm of their home.

The crisp white finish looks amazing against the traditional red brickwork, creating a timeless look that will never go out of style! 😍

🤩 Starting the week with this FABULOUS bay window transformation! 🤩

Just look at how stunning these shutters from Avoir Shutters look! 😍🤍

Bay windows are such a beautiful feature in any home, and shutters really are the perfect way to make the most of them!

✨ Made to measure – Each shutter panel is designed to follow the shape and angles of the bay perfectly, giving a beautiful, seamless finish.

✨ Fantastic light control – Tilt the louvres to let natural light flood in while keeping your privacy. No need to choose between the two!

✨ Privacy without losing the view – Ideal for front-facing bay windows, allowing you to enjoy the daylight without feeling overlooked.

✨ Maximising space – Unlike bulky curtains, shutters fit neatly into the window, showing off the gorgeous shape of the bay and keeping everything looking clean and spacious.

✨ Timeless style – Whether your home is modern or traditional, shutters add that extra touch of elegance that never goes out of fashion!

And the best part? They look just as fabulous from the outside as they do on the inside! 🏡🤍

We ended the week back at The Old Library, installing something a little different from our usual shutters… and what a result 👌

Instead of our traditional louvred plantation shutters, these are solid panel shutters. With no slats, they have a much more traditional, understated look that feels completely at home with the age and character of this beautiful apartment.

One of the big advantages here is that the apartment isn’t overlooked, so there’s no need to have the shutters closed for privacy throughout the day. They can be folded neatly back most of the time, making the most of those gorgeous windows, the views and all that natural light — then closed whenever needed for a cosier, more private feel.

Finished in a soft neutral tone with classic panel detailing, they look more like a piece of bespoke joinery than a window covering. Timeless, classy and perfectly suited to the property. 🤍

And it’s always nice when the customer loves them as much as we do… another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review to finish the week!

A little different from the norm, but absolutely stunning.

✨ Another beautiful installation at Lichfield’s Old Library ✨

This week we had the privilege of installing these stunning café-style shutters and motorised Roman blinds in another luxury apartment inside the beautifully renovated Lichfield Old Library.

The café-style shutters give the perfect balance of privacy and natural light, while the motorised Roman blinds add that extra touch of luxury and effortless convenience. A gorgeous combination for these fabulous windows. 🤍

And the best part? A very happy customer! 😊

✨ AVOIR LICHFIELD IS 5 TODAY! ✨🥂

Five years ago today, we opened the doors to Avoir Lichfield for the very first time. 🤍

The Avoir story actually began 7 years ago, when we opened our first little interiors shop in Stafford, full of excitement, ideas and dreams for what Avoir could become.

Then came lockdown! We survived it, came back stronger and took the leap to expand, opening our second store here in Lichfield five years ago today.

A year later, we made the difficult decision to close Stafford and focus on growing Avoir in Lichfield. Since then, we’ve continued to evolve, adding Avoir Design and Avoir Shutters and allowing us to offer so much more to our wonderful clients.

Today, though, is all about celebrating 5 years of Avoir Lichfield. 🥂

To everyone who has shopped with us, recommended us, worked with us, followed our journey or simply popped in for a browse — THANK YOU. Your support genuinely means the world to us. 🤍

And we couldn’t let our 5th anniversary pass without a celebration…
