Just a little reminder for you today, on World Mental Health Day:

And the above applies every day, not just today

Everyone has days, weeks and sometimes months where things are difficult and that is absolutely ok. Reaching out and asking for support is the hardest yet most vital step for recovery

This photo was taken this time two years ago when I was on honeymoon in Australia 🇦🇺 Aren’t koalas just adorable! I have such happy memories looking back at this 🥰

🌟 I love nature, being outdoors and travelling
🌟 I’m one of the worlds biggest procrastinators...I’m working on changing this but it’s not going so well at the moment 🙈
🌟 I spend far too much time taking photos of my crazy but loving border collie, Todd
🌟 I’m my own biggest critic but I’m slowly learning to be kinder to myself
🌟 I hate ironing and always promise myself I’ll keep on top of it before it becomes a big pile and I never do 🤦🏻‍♀️
