Still waiting for the butterflies to arrive...

I've not seen much butterfly activity in my garden yet this year. Maybe it's still a bit early?

Oh well, I'll just have to make do with my indoor butterflies for now!

Hopefully it won't be too long before the real thing makes an appearance.

I have to say, I’m really enjoying these shorter working weeks - May is such a great month for it! More time for sewing is always a win.

And the weather forecast is looking very untypical for a bank holiday weekend! What will you be doing? We might head to the coast.

Turns out gluten free baking can actually be really good 👀

I’ve recently started a GF diet and have been on the hunt for recipes that still feel like a proper treat.

I came across a recipe for these GF chocolate cookies and they were SO good. I made two batches… and they’ve already all disappeared.

If anyone has any favourite gluten free recipes, send them my way - I’m looking for inspiration!

I took a week off posting — just needed a short break.
